These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DCF Consults website (dcfconsults.com) and any advisory services engagement with DCF Consults ("DCF Consults," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or engage our services.

1. About Our Services

DCF Consults provides institutional advisory services to investors and enterprise leaders on IT, AI, and market transformation topics, including Investor Advisory, Enterprise AI Strategy, and GTM Architecture (collectively, the "Services"). Our Services reflect professional opinion and market analysis based on domain experience. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, investment, or securities advice, and nothing on this website or provided through our Services should be relied upon as such. Clients and prospective investors should consult qualified legal, financial, or tax professionals before making decisions based on our analysis.

2. Engagement Terms

General information on this website is provided for informational purposes only and does not itself create a client relationship or contractual obligation. Specific advisory engagements, including scope of work, deliverables, timelines, fees, and payment terms, are governed exclusively by a separately executed Statement of Work, consulting agreement, or purchase order between DCF Consults and the client ("Engagement Agreement"). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and an Engagement Agreement, the Engagement Agreement governs for that engagement.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees for Services are set forth in the applicable Engagement Agreement. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within thirty (30) days of receipt. DCF Consults reserves the right to suspend Services for accounts with overdue balances.

4. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the confidential information of the other party disclosed during an engagement using reasonable care, and to use such information solely for the purpose of the engagement. Specific confidentiality obligations, including any mutual non-disclosure terms, will be detailed in the applicable Engagement Agreement or a separate non-disclosure agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, frameworks, and market perspectives, is the property of DCF Consults and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and reference this content for personal, non-commercial informational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission. Deliverables produced under an Engagement Agreement are governed by the intellectual property terms set forth in that agreement.

6. Website Use

You agree not to use this website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation, or to attempt unauthorized access to any systems or data connected to it. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website for any user who violates these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
